Kristina is an amazing trainer. I have never felt better or stronger. The gym is so beautifully designed . It is just a wonderful place to train. I highly recommend Kristina and Moxie Fitness Studio if you are looking for results and also to feel great.

Kristina Beck, C.P.T. (N.A.S.M)
I have been professionally training for 15 years. I am certified through N.A.S.M. (The National Academy of Sports Medicine) and hold a B.S. degree as well. I am passionate about what I do and try to inspire others to stay motivated and challenge themselves in all aspects of life. I own and operate Moxie Fitness Studio. This is an intimate, private training facility, exclusively for members that participate in private training sessions, semi-private classes or corporate training classes. This atmosphere makes it efficient and comfortable for one-on-one training. I have developed a system that incorporates balance, core, strength, coordination, cardio and flexibility. Our bodies learn to adapt quickly, therefore every workout is different. This keeps our bodies from hitting a plateau and allows you to reach your goals more quickly and efficiently. I incorporate circuit training (HIIT) through free weights, medicine balls, cables, bands, battle ropes, TRX, plyometrics and agility.
